Kermit Billups

Kermit is executive vice president of Greenline, working across transaction structuring, tax credit syndication, debt financing, origination, underwriting, and NMTC compliance.

He began his career at Capmark in 1999 and joined its NMTC platform in 2004, after entering investment banking in 1992. His work emphasizes complex, innovative financings for low-income housing and New Markets Tax Credit transactions, spanning more than $3.5 billion of project finance and affordable housing capital and over 50 taxable and tax-exempt revenue bond programs.

Kermit holds a B.A. in economics from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
