Open Access Fellowship
The Open Access Fellowship focuses on increasing Black & Latinx representation within the community development companies that serve their communities. Our premise is that the community development industry concentrates much of its efforts in minority communities across America, yet within the industry there is gross underrepresentation by Black, Latinx and diverse professionals at all levels.

Our Approach
Our program consists of three components: Education/ Job Training/ Mentorship. Education is provided by training partners to ensure that fellows are elevated with industry knowledge. Job training is provided by various firms who opened their organizations to provide a paid job experience. Mentorship is provided in a myriad ways to our fellows including organized events to expose fellows to other industry professionals.
