She was previously a director at Citi in the Structured Lending & Investments Group and served as Citi's inaugural Executive in Residence with Unity National Bank. At Citi she managed $1 billion in New Markets Tax Credit investments and oversaw $800 million in community development private equity. In 2020 she helped deploy $200 million of private equity capital with Black fund managers and $50 million in loan participations with minority-owned banks.
A Rutgers College graduate, Gina holds an M.B.A. in finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a graduate certificate in Creative Cities and Economic Development from New York University.
