
Rashidah Billips
As a consultant for Open Access, Rashidah “Roz” Billups is a seasoned FinTech advisor and Chief Financial Officer at Randolph & Main Capital Group (RMCG), a leading firm in tokenized real estate and private equity. With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, she oversees the firm’s brokerage and crowd funding platform, the FraXion Marketplace, leveraging her expertise in community development finance (CDF) and financial technology.
Since her corporate philanthropy days leading the NJ Team Bank of America as its State Co-Chair, she has been an advocate for diversity and inclusion in the Community Development Finance industry. As an Open Access Graduate 2022, she made a significant impact during her fellowship at New Jersey Community Corporation, as the NJCC New Markets Tax Credit Lending and Compliance Fellow. Billups now consults the organization’s leadership and board of directors on furthering the mission to create opportunities for underrepresented minorities in various fields, such as accounting, legal, underwriting, consultancy, and development serving as the inaugural Executive Director of Open Access.
Billups holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from William Paterson University, where she served as the President of the National Society of Leadership and Success. She holds several licenses including investment series 7 & 66, computer networking certifications C-Tech and CISCO in cabling & fiber optics, and completed advanced studies in Intellectual Property Law from Cambridge University. She is passionate about transforming the financial landscape and driving social impact through innovation and inclusion.
